Corona Borealis is a beautiful constellation found in the northern sky. Known as the "northern crown" in Latin, it is one of the original constellations first described in the second century. We are proud of our northern roots here in Canada and we use the prettiest pear-shaped gemstones for setting. Each ring is handmade, polished, and tumbled in our Vancouver, BC studio.

DIMENSIONS
Band thickness is 18 guage or 1.0mm thick and each gemstone measures 8mm tall and 6mm across.

AVAILABLE SIZES
We use US sizing and can make any sizes between 3 - 16, including half and quarter sizes. Please specify the size (or sizes) you want at checkout.

QUALITY MATTERS

Our rings are NOT plated - they are gold filled which has an actual layer of solid gold-pressure bonded to jeweller's quality brass. Gold filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off, or turn colors like plated rings. With care, your LanaBetty gold filled jewelry will last a lifetime.

We do not used prefabricated manufactured rings. Instead, we hand forge the metal ourselves and weld/solder the connection in our studio. Our rings are made by hand from start to finish. Due to the handmade nature of our rings, the seam might be somewhat visible. Although we aim for perfection, we rather not polish away the gold and instead opt to embrace the handmade character of our rings- we hope you do, too!
